1. Acceptance By downloading or using Star Fort Builder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your Content Photos and notes you add to fort profiles are stored only on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or transmit it.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property All historical fort data, illustrations, graphics, and text provided within the App are owned by Felicity Enterprises or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Historical data is provided for educational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felicity Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy

9. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
